About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and well-organised Assistant to support a family office with a wide range of PRO services, employment visa processing, and domestic worker visa management. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, precision, and the ability to handle sensitive personal and employee-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all PRO-related activities for the family office and its staff, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Amer, Tasheel, and Typing Centre services.
- Handle complete employment visa processes: entry permits, medical tests, Emirates ID, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Process domestic worker (maid/nanny/driver/cook) visa applications through Tadbeer, including renewals, transfers, cancellations, and contract updates.
- Monitor all visa and document expiry dates and maintain accurate trackers.
- Liaise with government departments and service providers to resolve any visa or immigration issues.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain confidential documentation related to employees and domestic staff.
- Support general family office administration, including onboarding, document management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with medical insurance coordination, including additions, cancellations, and renewals for employees and domestic workers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and family office policies at all times.
- Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks and errands when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PRO services and UAE visa workflows.
- Hands-on experience with employment visas and domestic worker visas (Tadbeer).
- Strong understanding of UAE government portals and immigration regulations.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and organisation.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- Ability to work with flexible timings based on family office needs.
