Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Procurement Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing contracts, conducting negotiations, and handling procurement activities to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency. The individual will analyze data to support procurement decisions and ensure optimal sourcing of goods and services while adhering to company policies and market standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement to assess and select vendors effectively.
  • Strong Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of market trends, procurement best practices, and local regulations in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is an advantage.
