Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor of Aviation to join our esteemed Department of Aviation. This full-time faculty position, based at our Abu Dhabi Campus, is integral to advancing the department's academic mission through excellence in teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and continuously enhancing our aviation programs, conducting cutting-edge scholarly research, and fostering meaningful industry engagement. Ideal candidates will possess a strong alignment with core competencies such as technical knowledge, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Proficiency in technical skills, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and aviation-specific software, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate advanced behavioral skills, including time management, team collaboration, and adaptability. A PhD in Aviation or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications and significant experience in the aviation sector. Fluency in English and familiarity with relevant systems are also required.
