Developing and updating curriculum materials to reflect industry trends and best practices. Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career development. Conducting research in maritime finances and accounting and contributing to academic publications. Collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary maritime projects. Participating in departmental and institutional committees and activities. Staying informed about the latest advancements and regulations in maritime finances and accounting.Qualifications: Ph.D. in Maritime Finances & Accounting or a closely related field. Demonstrated expertise in maritime finances and accounting. Min 7 years of teaching and research experience at the university level is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and academic service. A passion for contributing to the maritime industry's growth and development
