| | . Deliver undergraduate courses in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, and athletic performance. . Lead practical, hands-on instruction in resistance training techniques, speed/agility drills, and performance testing. . Develop and update curriculum to align with best practices and professional standards (e.g., NSCA, UKSCA). . Supervise and mentor students in applied research and practical placements with sports teams. . Engage in applied scholarly activities related to strength and conditioning and human performance. . Build and maintain relationships with local sport organizations to facilitate student learning experiences. . Participate in departmental, college, and university service. |
