Job Title: Project Coordinator / Asst. Project Manager – DMS Projects
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Asst. Project Manager with knowledge of DMS projects to support project planning, coordination, and delivery. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor DMS project activities.
Track project schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
Communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
Follow up on project actions and resolve issues promptly.
Support project planning, execution, and close-out activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Knowledge of DMS projects and processes.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience working with government or infrastructure-related projects.
Basic project management training or certification.
Experience: 2–5 years
