Support project delivery in industrial and factory environments, assisting Project Managers with construction supervision, coordination, and execution. This role requires a mechanical engineering background and hands-on construction experience to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities and verify compliance with specifications
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Support procurement, budget tracking, and cost control activities
- Identify and resolve day-to-day issues while escalating risks to Project Manager
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
- 3 years of construction supervision experience required
- Industrial or factory environment experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction methods and mechanical installations
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
