Assistant Project Manager

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supports project delivery by updating plans, tracking changes, and preparing handover documentation.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to uphold quality, safety, and wellbeing standards.
• Conducts research and analysis to inform project decisions.
• Assists in managing risks, sustainability goals, and third-party engagements.
• Coordinates project technical services and resources, delivering objectives in line with the Project Plan.
• Manages time, cost, risk and quality, ensuring robust governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Supports senior project managers with programme delivery, procurement and contract administration.
• Oversees meetings, site reviews, documentation, change control and handover requirements.
• Manages consultants, contractors and supply chain performance across scope, fees and deliverables.

You'll need to have:

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Working towards or holds MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or local equivalent).
• Developing project management and construction knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
