ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

. Assist to Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.

. Ensure the works goes on track.

. Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to sub-contractors, client and consultant.

. Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.

. Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issue.

. Analyse the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.

. Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project

. Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.

. Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality

. Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance

. Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project

. Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise

. Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned
