Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work programmes and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and approved methods.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and authorities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Able to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
