Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Job Incumbent should have 8-10 years of experience in Purchase and should have minimum 2 years of Experience from steel / fabrication / PEB industry.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing of Civil Project related requirements, CAPEX items / O&M Items and Services.
- Good Knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices (Researching, Evaluating, & Liaising with Suppliers.
- Understanding of Supply chain Procedures with good analytical Skills.
- Sending RFQ & Coordinating for Getting offers, making Comparison & Evaluate offers Technically & Commercially.
- Negotiate Contract terms of agreement & Pricing.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inter & Intra Departmental Coordination for Technical clearance for the items being handled.
- PO creation in SAP
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel is Must
- Ensure the timely receipt of material from Supplier
- Ability to handle queries raised from internal & external customers.
Qualification:B.Tech/Diploma
