Job Purpose

As an Assistant QA Specialist at Basatin Landscaping, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards within our operations. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our landscaping services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of QHSE procedures and policies to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of landscaping projects to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for quality improvement and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Support documentation and reporting activities related to quality assurance and safety incidents.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of QHSE standards among staff.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding quality and safety matters.
  
  

Qualification

The ideal candidate will possess relevant academic qualifications in quality assurance, environmental management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree or technical diploma is preferred, supplemented by certifications relevant to quality or safety management.

Strong theoretical knowledge of quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards is essential. Familiarity with landscaping industry practices is an asset.

Proficiency in using quality management tools and software will be advantageous. The candidate must be capable of understanding complex technical documents and translating them into practical procedures.

Effective organizational and time management skills are required to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
