Job Title: Assistant Manager Quality (Corporate Quality & Safety)

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Quality will lead and support corporate quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality and safety across oil, gas, and industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ISO, HSE, and industry regulations.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.
- Analyze quality and safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to embed quality and safety practices.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on quality and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on quality and safety performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Professional certifications preferred (ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or safety within oil & gas or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE regulations, and corporate quality frameworks.
- Proven experience leading audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives.
