- Source mortgage loans for salaried individuals and business owners in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bank customers.
- Identify potential borrowers and approach them with tailored mortgage solutions.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best mortgage solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell other bank products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the loan sourcing process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all mortgage loan applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and build a positive brand image for the bank.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan sourcing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications.
- Proficiency in using mortgage loan processing software and MS Office.
