Job Description
- Support RMs with daytoday management of HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
- Prepare, coordinate and process KYC, onboarding, account opening and periodic reviews for individual, corporate, foundation, and offshore structures.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies across all documentation and due diligence processes.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, requests, and administrative deliverables.
- Liaise with compliance, onboarding, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of client documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records, monitoring key deadlines and proactively identifying outstanding requirements.
- Support RMs with client reporting, credit requests, product documentation, and transactional followups.
- Assist with preparation of client presentations, reviews, and portfolio summaries.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5+ years experience as an ARM/Client Service Officer within private banking or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, and accountopening procedures.
- Experience handling complex structures (foundations, corporates, offshore entities, trusts, and individuals).
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, including local AML/KYC guidelines.
- Excellent client communication skills, with experience dealing directly with HNW/UHNWI profiles.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Proficiency in banking systems, documentation processes, and crossfunctional coordination.
