Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Reservations Manager to support the daily operations of our Central Reservations Office managing 1,978 rooms. The role is responsible for supervising a team of 14, ensuring booking accuracy, service excellence, and alignment with revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily reservation operations (calls, emails, OTA, corporate bookings and online distribution).
  • Formulate shift roster based on business needs, lead and manage the reservations department in absence of Reservation Manager.
  • Responsible for accuracy of reservations in PMS/CRS systems, ensuring daily quality checks
  • Supervise, train, coach, and monitor performance of reservation department, E-commerce coordinator.
  • Support Head of revenue in rate implementation and revenue strategies.
  • Monitor pick-up, booking pace, and conversion ratios.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Revenue, Finance and Front Office teams performing a central role in driving Paymaster Meetings, follow-ups and weekly reporting
  • Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Support the reservation manager in other / special projects for optimization of reservation department, as and when assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of reservations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera preferred) and OTA platforms.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume inventory and fast-paced operations.
