Assistant Resident Engineer

We are currently hiring for Electrical Engineering roles with a leading EPC project, and I would like to share two exciting site-based opportunities that may align with your experience:

1. Resident Electrical Engineer (RE – Electrical)

This is a senior-level role responsible for full on-site supervision and technical oversight of electrical works. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (IEC/IEEE), and local regulations while leading inspections, technical reviews, and commissioning activities.

Key Highlights:

• Lead supervision of EPC electrical construction (HV/MV/LV systems, protection & control)
• Review contractor submissions (drawings, ITPs, method statements)
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and system acceptance
• Strong involvement in HSE, QA/QC, and project coordination
• Support reporting, project controls, and contractual aspects

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven EPC site supervision experience (substations, power plants, grid, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of international standards and commissioning practices

2. Assistant Resident Engineer – Electrical (ARE – Electrical)

This role is ideal for early to mid-career professionals looking to grow within EPC site supervision. You will support the Resident Engineer in inspections, documentation, quality monitoring, and coordination activities.

Key Highlights:

• Assist in supervision of electrical construction activities
• Support inspections (cabling, grounding, equipment installation)
• Participate in QA/QC, HSE monitoring, and reporting
• Assist in testing & commissioning activities
• Maintain site records and documentation

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in EPC/construction/site roles
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and standards

Location: Site-based role (project location will be shared upon shortlisting)

Work Environment: EPC project site with exposure to construction and commissioning phases
