Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Boga Superfoods. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, and efficient problem-solver, and a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years restaurant experience and at least one year as a manager/assistant manager/supervisor
• QSR/Fast Casual experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Salary Range:

Restaurant Manager salaries range from 3,500-4,500AED/month, depending on experience.
