Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, supporting hiring processes, maintaining food and beverage quality, interacting with customers, and addressing their concerns. The role also involves upholding operational procedures, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and assisting in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Customer Service and a dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, quality standards, and service excellence
• Experience in hiring and managing restaurant staff to maintain a productive work environment
• Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
