Ensure quality of service is aligned with service standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant area(s).
Ensure that Food and Beverage operational Policies, Procedures, and regulations are followed.
Order restaurant supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.
Meet with guests to resolve concerns by guest service standards and procedures.
Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a similar field is preferred
(3) years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
(3) years of Food and Beverage and guest service experience preferred.
