We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong leadership skills, and able to assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Restaurant Manager in all operational aspects. Prior hospitality experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any customer issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support planning and execution of restaurant events or promotions
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll input, and operational reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant operations; management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, service excellence, and operational procedures
