About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Isola Restaurant located at Jumeirah Islands Club.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient stock management.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-year experience in similar role from a high-volume, casual dining operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Italian speaking skills will be an added advantage due to the concept.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, & coaching skills.
- Must be passionate in hospitality & contribute to maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
