Assistant Retail Brand Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Assistant to the Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai and support the day-to-day management and development of our luxury fashion brands.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fashion, luxury retail and brand management, who is commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working across retail operations, marketing and brand coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand Manager with daily brand and retail activities

• Monitor store performance, sales results, KPIs and stock levels

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

• Coordinate with boutiques, retail teams and head offices

• Support seasonal launches, collections, promotions and retail activations

• Assist with merchandising and product performance analysis

• Coordinate with marketing, PR, events and influencer activities when required

• Follow up on brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand presentation across stores

• Support communication with international brand principals and suppliers

• Assist with team coaching, product information, deliveries and stock requirements

• Assist with seasonal buyings

• Conduct competitor and market research within the UAE luxury retail sector

• Follow up on deadlines, meetings, presentations and ongoing projects (if required)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, brand management or a similar commercial role is preferred

• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in the luxury fashion industry

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales figures and KPIs

• Fluent English required; Italian is an advantage

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Proactive, professional and detail-oriented

• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
