Assistant Retail Manager

Hiring: Assistant Manager – Retail & Visual Merchandise

Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Retail to drive retail execution, visual merchandising and project implementation across assigned categories and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retail execution and VMD activities from planning through final implementation

• Manage new product launches, displays, POSM, planograms and store implementation

• Coordinate end-to-end retail projects, timelines, vendors and installations

• Ensure consistent product presentation and execution across retailers/showrooms

• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, Training, distributors and retailers

• Track project progress, budgets, launch plans and management reports

• Conduct market/store checks and drive corrective actions for execution gaps

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail execution, VMD, trade marketing or retail project management

• Strong exposure to consumer electronics / consumer durables / retail brands preferred

• Hands-on experience with POSM, POP, planograms and store displays

• Strong project planning and vendor management skills

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong Excel/reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and markets independently

• Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
