Job Summary

Megotac Hospitality is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Assistant Revenue Manager to support the optimization of revenue performance across our hotel portfolio. The role will work closely with the Revenue Manager and Commercial team to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory, analyze demand, and maximize total hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing revenue management strategies across all segments (Transient, Corporate, Groups).
  • Monitor daily pickup, pace, and market demand to support pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Support rate loading, BAR management, and yield strategies across all distribution channels.
  • Analyze competitive set pricing, market trends, and performance benchmarks.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reporting.
  • Support OTA and channel management performance and rate parity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and regular management reports.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in Revenue Management or Reservations within the hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and revenue optimization.
  • Experience with PMS, Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
