One of our clients in Dammam is looking for Assistant Sales Manager, to lead conversion of company's existing quote pipeline into signed business and to grow new accounts across the industrial sector. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real ownership of revenue targets and direct visibility to management.
Our client is a calibration, testing, and inspection services provider serving plants and factories across the Eastern Province.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business across plants, factories, and industrial facilities in the Eastern Province.
- Own and drive conversion of the new/existing quotation pipeline into invoiced sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, QA/QC, and maintenance decision-makers at client sites.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, site visits, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with the technical and laboratory teams to ensure quotes and proposals accurately reflect service capability and turnaround.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally selling calibration, testing, inspection, instrumentation, or other technical/laboratory services to industrial clients.
- Proven track record of closing deals with plants, factories, or industrial facilities (oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, or similar sectors a strong plus).
- Existing network of procurement/technical contacts in the Eastern Province is highly valued.
- Comfortable working with technical service specifications and translating them into a clear customer value proposition.
