Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and manage key accounts for the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure offerings. As a trusted IT reseller, our client partners with top technology vendors deliver enterprise-grade solutions to clients across industries. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the cybersecurity and infrastructure domain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
- Promote and sell solutions such as EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, DLP, HCI, and Virtualization.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with support from pre-sales teams.
- Track and manage sales pipelines and activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of cybersecurity and sales experience, with strong UAE and Oman exposure.
- Experience working with IT resellers, system integrators, or value-added resellers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, Dell, HPE, VMware, etc.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling government or enterprise accounts.
- Knowledge of bid/tender processes.
- Understanding of distributor and vendor management
