We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who's ready to be part of an ambitious and passionate team that drives success through meaningful relationships and exceptional service.

Your Day-to-Day

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of our hotel's revenue generation building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the overall sales strategy.

You'll work closely with the Sales team to ensure our hotel continues to exceed expectations and deliver on its promise of making business travel work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Manage and grow existing accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities across key market segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, etc.).

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays.

Maintain accurate client and business records in accordance with IHG systems and standards.

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Support the Sales Manager in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Deliver IHG's service culture and uphold the Crowne Plaza brand promise in every interaction.

What We Need From You

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 23 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role, preferably within an international brand.

Strong understanding of local market trends and key business drivers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

A proactive, results-driven approach with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM tools).

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
