Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role:

Our client, a leader in the Packaging and Lashing industry, is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales to join their team. As an Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales, you will report to the Sales Manager / Business Head and play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships across Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will have business development expertise, strong knowledge of the Packaging & Lashing industry, and excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

About the Requirements:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Packaging & Lashing industry.

• Generate qualified sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, and key stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver competitive commercial proposals and customized solutions to clients.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth and business expansion.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Packaging & Lashing industry, with a proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

• Strong understanding of the Dubai market, local regulations, and industry practices; valid UAE driving license preferred.
