Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day sales activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within a fast-paced hospitality and food & beverage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
