Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Sales Manager will Generate Sales aside to hiring and managing his subordinates among the sales team, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing sales performance, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns and supporting team members to reach their sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and client relationship development
• Strong skills in market research, planning, and implementing sales strategies
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a sales team to achieve targets
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
