Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations
- Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms
- Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans
- Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order
- Prepare and verify shipping documents invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading
- Assist in preparing documents under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms in line with UCP600 compliance
- Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization
- Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers
- Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Business, or International Trade
- Specialization in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Commodity Trading preferred.Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Familiar with Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Language Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Foreign language skills (Russian, Greek, or German) will be an advantage.Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
