We are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our Service team in Al Khobar. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in heavy and lifting equipment, and solid coordination and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in daily service operations
- Supervise service activities related to heavy and lifting equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Oversee cargo crane mounting and related service work
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality
- Support commercial and operational requirements of the service function
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech / B.E.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Assistant Service Manager or Supervisor
- Hands-on experience with heavy and lifting equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Experience in cargo crane mounting
