Assistant, Supply

Job Purpose

Attends, monitor & assist in all Control Room operations which includes loading and unloading of LPG via trucks,
issue of LPG for filling and bottling in accordance to the instructions received from Supervisor and Team Leader.

Terminal Operations
u2022 Assist supervisor in LPG storage and bottling operations via control room and in field as required.
u2022 Perform the LPG unloading operations from trucks containing LPG from Ruwais Refinery as per
Standard Operating Procedures and reports to Supply Supervisor in case of any abnormality/ issues.
u2022 Conduct safe offloading operations at offloading bay by continuously monitor the offloading activity.
u2022 Records terminal operations data, shift stock movement report in shift logbook and support in
maintaining all relevant logs.
u2022 Assist in preparing daily stock statement based on tank gauging reports available in the control room.
Assist in monitoring all product movement operations and records all activities in the logbook.
u2022 Checks Logbook for previous shiftu2019s report to ensure follow up and updates it with important remarks, if
any, for follow-up by following shift.
u2022 Support in maintaining LPG tanks stock through Ruwais Refinery bulk receipt.
u2022 Collects the PDN/PTN-s from Supply Supervisor for loading of bulk LPG into the vehicle as per
sales/direct orders for collect & delivery customers in timely manner.
u2022 Inspects the vehicle before loading to ensure that it is in good condition and highlight any issues to the
Supply Supervisor.
u2022 Perform loading of LPG in trucks with daily dispatches to customers as per given schedules and ensures
loading of correct quantities as specified on PDN/PTNs. Report to Supervisor in case of any emergency
or abnormality.
u2022 Perform the weigh bridge operations through TMS for loading company / customer vehicles.
u2022 Follows up all pending / missing & unconfirmed (PDN/PTNs) for all loaded products.

u2022 Assist in reconciling daily PTNs / PDNs / plant meter reading statements. Informs Supply Supervisor, if
there are any discrepancies.
u2022 Assists to prepare monthly statement of contractoru2019s deliveries / haulage report (products delivered by
contractor vehicles) and submits the report to supply supervisor.
u2022 Assist in preparing daily trip schedule for LPG fleet.
u2022 Assist in preparing fleet utilization report for Company / Contractor fleet.
u2022 Ensure that the LPG fleet (company / contractor) is in good condition and inform Supply Supervisor in
case of any abnormalities.
u2022 Ensures all relevant information pertaining to the shift operations are duly updated in the eLog u2013 Shift
handover system.
HSE Management
u2022 Assist the Supply Supervisor & Co-ordinate with HSE during emergency operation.
u2022 To Monitor Fire Alarm Control Panels, Auxiliary Console, Alarm annunciator panels etc. and inform
Control Room Supervisor to coordinate with HSE Emergency commander as and when required.
u2022 To act in an auxiliary fire fighting team in emergency scenarios and emergency drills.
Maintenance Management and others
u2022 Makes routine checks to ensure that all equipment and facilities in the terminal are in good working
condition and records any abnormalities and reports to Control Room Supervisor.
u2022 Assist maintenance team/ contractor for any repair/maintenance works on facilities, in addition to trouble
shooting & general maintenance activities.
u2022 Performs other job related duties as instructed by Supply Supervisor / Team Leader.

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma & Vocational/Technical Training

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

u2022 At least 3 yearsu2019 experience in a relevant field,oil and gas operations
u2022 Computer literate of basics.
u2022 Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken & written).
u2022 Valid UAE Driving License
