Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Assistant Tennis Coach. The Assistant Tennis Coach will be responsible for supporting training sessions, providing tennis instruction, and assisting in the development of players skills. The role involves one-on-one and group coaching, organizing practice routines, and promoting a positive and encouraging learning environment. The coach will also play a part in managing equipment, assisting with match preparations, and ensuring a safe playing environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tennis and Tennis Instruction.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with players, families, and team members.
- Experience in Training players of varying ages and skill levels.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and techniques to prevent injuries.
- Team-oriented mindset with an ability to collaborate effectively and promote sportsmanship.
- Previous coaching or related mentoring experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in tennis coaching or sports training are highly desirable.
