A leading high-end retail brand with 30+ branches across the region is hiring an Assistant Visual Merchandiser in Dubai. If you've got natural flair, a sharp eye, and you love turning product into a story customers can't ignore — this is your lane.
This is a genuine fast-track role. You'll be developed, trusted with real responsibility, and put on a clear path toward Visual Merchandising Manager (VMM).
What you'll be doing
- Support the VM team to deliver premium in-store visuals across key categories
- Execute window displays, mannequins, styling, and floor layouts that drive footfall and sales
- Maintain brand standards daily (not once a month before a visit)
- Work with store teams to keep displays sharp, commercial, and customer-first
- Help roll out seasonal launches, promotions, and regional campaigns
- Spot what's not working and fix it fast (spacing, signage, storytelling, flow)
What we're looking for
- Natural creativity and a strong visual eye (you just see it)
- Experience in visual merchandising in a premium / fashion / lifestyle / department store environment
- Confident styling skills (mannequins, outfits, accessories, colour stories)
- Commercial mindset: you care about how the store looks, but also what it sells
- High energy, hands-on, and reliable under pressure (retail pace is retail pace)
- Someone ambitious who wants the VMM track, not a same role for 3 years situation
