We are looking for an Associate Architect – C#.Net and WPF.

The Associate Architect will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable desktop or enterprise applications using C#/.NET/WPF. The role should combine architecture ownership with hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with product and QA teams.

Experience

  • 8 to 11 years of overall software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and WPF.
  • Prior experience in technical leadership, solution design, or module ownership is preferred.

You'll Make a Difference By

  • Design and develop application components using C#, .NET, and WPF.
  • Define technical architecture and contribute to design decisions for new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
  • Review code and guide developers on design patterns, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and support production fixes.
  • Mentor team members and support technical knowledge sharing.

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core.
  • Strong hands-on experience in WPF desktop application development.
  • Good knowledge of OOP, design patterns, MVVM, and multithreading.
