Role: Associate Brand Consultant (Influencer Management)

Location: Egypt, Cairo

Experience level: 1-2 years (experience in marketing, sales, management, media or finance is a plus)

Role's mission:

Your role is to drive the growth and success of talents by combining business development, PR management, and brand strategy. This includes securing and closing deals with brands, agencies, and production studios, facilitating high-impact media appearances, and shaping talent brands to maximize visibility and market relevance. The role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, and executional excellence to deliver measurable outcomes, including closed deals, secured PR opportunities, and implemented brand strategies, ultimately positioning talents for long-term success in the entertainment industry, including but not limited to:

  1. Business Development Securing and closing deals for talents with brands, agencies, and production studios.
  2. PR Management Facilitating and securing effective media exposure (TV, magazines, podcasts, etc.) for talents.
  3. Brand Development Strategically shaping and implementing talent brands to increase visibility, relevance, and marketability.

Essentially, the role acts as a bridge between talents and external stakeholders (brands, media, agencies) while also crafting and executing the talent's personal brand strategy.

Competencies Required for This Role:

  • Comfortable dealing with numbers: building quotes for business deals and doing quick mental math.
  • Writes high-quality, professional business e-mails in effective and suitable tones to build relationships.
  • Effectively negotiates and closes business deals over email, text, the phone and in person
  • Has a resilient mentality: thinks deep to come up with creative solutions for complex problems & situations.
  • Resourceful: Knows how to find the answer to a burning question when he or she doesn't immediately know the answer.
  • Develops effective & efficient workflow processes.
  • Produces coherent, well-structured, and well-formatted Excel (Google Sheets) models quickly & effectively, utilizing formulas and keyboard shortcuts as a norm.
  • Produces coherent, well-structured and well-designed PowerPoint (Google Slides) presentations quickly & effectively (utilizing keyboard shortcuts as a norm is a plus).
  • Is ZD (Zero Defect) with emails, documents (text & visuals) & calculations
  • Emotionally intelligent to pick up on talents, clients and team's nuanced sentiments and act accordingly.

Note: As you develop in your role, these competencies are continually built upon and elevated as needed.
