Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Analyst with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT system development, implementation, and testing. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams—turning business needs into functional IT solutions and ensuring seamless system testing (SIT/UAT) and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and document business requirements into clear functional specs and proposals.
• Bridge Tech & Business: Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately built into system designs.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including preparing test cases, validating test results, and coordinating pre/post-go-live activities.
• Requirements Traceability & Governance: Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and prepare status, risk, and issue tracking reports.
• User Adoption & Training: Prepare user manuals/training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:5–6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
• Mandatory Skill: Strong hands-on experience in supporting testing phases (SIT & UAT).
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Domain Experience: Experience in the Healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability: Open-minded, eager to learn new systems, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
