ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Campaign will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of marketing campaigns, partnering closely with the Director – Digital Marketing to ensure all initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellence. As a highly organized and proactive professional, the role holder will oversee campaign planning and coordination, manage timelines and workflows, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across markets & maintain campaign trackers.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline channels, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Retail Operations, E-commerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative teams, Commercial teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Manage campaign planning and governance, maintaining detailed workback schedules, campaign trackers, approvals, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee campaign asset deployment and quality assurance, ensuring all creatives, messaging, digital activations, landing pages, and customer communications are reviewed, approved, and launched as scheduled.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, proactively driving stakeholder alignment, securing timely inputs and sign-offs, and resolving execution bottlenecks.
- Support campaign measurement and reporting by developing briefs, consolidating performance insights, preparing post-campaign analyses, and maintaining a structured repository of campaign documentation and learnings.
- Drive process excellence and continuous improvement by enhancing templates, SOPs, governance practices, and workflows while promoting accountability and adherence to campaign timelines.
- Contribute to team performance and capability building by supporting objective setting, performance management, training coordination, policy compliance, and fostering a culture of execution excellence and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Support the implementation of the performance management process by assisting with objective setting, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance-related insights to support employee growth and development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate with the Human Capital team to facilitate learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and organizational standards across all campaign activities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence within the team.
- Contribute to continuous team capability building by encouraging best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
