We are looking for a Procurement professional for Network Telecom Operations to support and manage sourcing activities for telecom network operations, including active/passive maintenance, managed services, and hardware/software level 3 support. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in telecom operations and procurement within major telecom groups, focusing on delivering value-driven sourcing aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing for network operations: maintenance, managed services, and L3 support.
- Consolidate RFx demand, prepare RFx/SoW documents, and execute sourcing events.
- Evaluate supplier proposals for capability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize service levels and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align sourcing strategies with service delivery goals.
- Support contract formulation, supplier transitions, and performance monitoring.
- Provide market intelligence on vendors and pricing trends.
- Contribute to sourcing process improvements within agile frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in telecom network operations and/or procurement
- Experience sourcing network maintenance, managed services, or technical support
- Familiarity with telecom vendor ecosystems and pricing models
Preferred Certifications:
- CSCP, ITIL Foundation, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
