A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced C&SAssociate to lead the delivery of complex building projects and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Support tender submissions and business development activities.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions for complex challenges.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Manage project coordination, design management, scheduling, and project controls.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong technical background in structural and civil engineering design.
- Proven project management and team leadership experience.
- Delivery and design management of major building projects, including Residential developments, Commercial buildings, Institutional facilities, High-rise developments, Educational facilities etc.
- Exposure to precast concrete, prestressed concrete, steel structures, PPVC, and modular construction methodologies would be beneficial.
