Job Description Summary

The Associate Clinical Nutritionist provides support with nutritional care to patients in a clinical setting which includes but is not limited to assisting with: the development of individualized meal plans for patients, medical nutrition therapy, monitoring patient compliance with physician recommendations and patient education and counseling in order to optimize patients health and well.-being through evidence.-based nutrition interventions.

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients including evaluating their medical history dietary intake anthropometric measurements and lab results
Develop and implement evidencebased nutrition care plans to address patients nutritional needs and support their medical treatment
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare providers to coordinate the delivery of nutrition care
Works under the supervision of more experienced clinical nutrition professionals

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nutrition

Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience

From no prior experience and up to and up to 2 years of experience required

Languages
