Job Title - Associate Consultant – Cyber Consulting Services
Minimum Work Experience -
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with relevant work in the cyber security domain.
- Exposure to cybersecurity awareness, training, advisory services, cyber exercises, or security operations is preferred.
- Experience supporting project delivery, research activities, documentation, reporting, or stakeholder coordination activities.
- Exposure to incident response, SOC operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or cyber defense functions would be advantageous.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Information Systems Management, Engineering.
- MBA/master's degree is an advantage but not mandatory
- Preferred: CEH; ISO 27001; ISC2 CC; CompTia Security+; or equivalent cybersecurity certification
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Cyber Academy engagements across Training, Training Advisory, Cyber Exercises, and Cyber Awareness & Education services.
- Deliver the projects either remotely or onsite depending on the client requirement.
- Perform the Cyber Academy tasks across assigned projects and practices, including but not limited to:
- Assist in the planning, development, and delivery of cybersecurity training programmes, awareness campaigns, and educational initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of Cyber Exercises, including Capture the Flag (CTF), Cyber Drills, and Crisis Simulation Exercises by assisting with scenario development, facilitation activities, and reporting.
- Conduct research on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, frameworks, and industry best practices to support content development and client engagements.
- Assist in developing training materials, awareness collateral, presentations, participant guides, and post-engagement reports.
- Support in enabling integration of Cyber Academy services with AI-enabled automation to reduce cost per engagement or generate revenue.
- Assist with proposal development, RFP responses, effort estimations, and preparation of client-facing presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance Cyber Academy services, processes, and delivery approaches.
- Support – if required by the business – the management of security incidents, including response, investigation, and communication with project team.

- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF and NIST 800-series, and IEC 62443, applied within training, advisory, and exercise design.
