Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions in line with business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and preparation of functional documentation
- Participate in data migration, validation, and integration activities
- Provide first-level support to end users and help resolve system-related issues
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies
