Job Summary:

The Associate Consultant SAP will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP solutions across business functions. This entry-level role offers exposure to business processes, system configuration, and client interaction, providing a strong foundation for a career in SAP consulting.

Key Skills

Must Have

  • Emiratis Required
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, IT, Engineering, Finance or related fields preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of business processes and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong learning agility with interest in SAP and consulting.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Accounting, Finance, or core business processes
  • SAP/ERP coursework, certification, or internship experience
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions in line with business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and preparation of functional documentation
  • Participate in data migration, validation, and integration activities
  • Provide first-level support to end users and help resolve system-related issues
  • Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies

Business Skills

  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes across functions (e.g., finance, procurement, sales, operations)
  • Ability to align business requirements with system capabilities
  • Awareness of cross-functional process integration
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
