We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking an Associate Creative Director to help support our team in The United Arab Emirates.

The Role:

Mbrace is currently seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to play a key role in supporting our GCC operations. The ideal candidate possesses a hybrid skill set with a focus on driving innovation and creativity. They must be adept at client interaction and confident in presenting ideas and strategies. The primary responsibility of the Associate Creative Director is to lead the integration of creative concepting, design development, and production across all projects and campaigns, ensuring a harmonious balance of innovation and functionality. This role entails conceptualizing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that elevate Mbrace's creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Develop innovative creative solutions to enhance clients market distinction and leadership position.

Articulate and defend conceptual choices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Cultivate branding and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.

Team Management and Development:

Inspire and lead creative teams, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.

Mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.

Provide ongoing training on emerging trends and technologies.

Client Collaboration and Business Development:

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand project requirements and drive innovative solutions.

Apply a deep understanding of clients businesses and market trends to identify creative opportunities.

Project Oversight and Quality Assurance:

Oversee projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring exceptional content across mediums.

Lead conceptual development and execution, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into creative solutions.

Contribute to research and development projects to push technological boundaries and drive meaningful conversations for clients.

The Right Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Proven track record of success as Associate Creative Director or similar role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience within an agency background.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns across various industries.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier) and Figma.

Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.

Deep understanding of current trends in AI, design, advertising, and digital media.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support client work.

Strong client-facing skills, including experience in presenting and pitching creative concepts.

Preference for candidates with experience in media relations, contributing to enhanced client engagement and public relations efforts.
