The Associate Creative Director is a leader responsible for defining the creative philosophy of the agency and setting the creative direction for selected projects. This role involves strategic oversight, leadership of cross-functional teams, and driving the agency's creative vision, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, innovation, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the overall creative vision for the agency, setting the standard for innovation, quality, and brand differentiation.
- Lead the creative philosophy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all agency outputs.
- Drive high-level concept development, pushing the envelope with disruptive, experiential-first thinking that sets the agency apart.
- Oversee multiple creative teams, guiding their growth, technical knowledge, and creative execution capabilities.
- Work closely with the leadership team to assess the skills and challenges within the creative department, developing tailored growth plans.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the strategy team, ensuring creative concepts are tightly aligned with brand insights and business objectives.
- Collaborate intensively with the account team, leveraging their insights to refine creative approaches and ensure client satisfaction.
- Partner with production teams to validate the feasibility and adaptability of creative ideas, balancing innovation with practical constraints.
- Take ownership of high-stakes pitches and client engagements, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders.
- Build a strong creative culture within the agency, mentoring emerging leaders and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Represent the agency at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings, positioning the agency as a leader in the creative space.

Professional & Technical Experience
- 8-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Mandatory Design discipline degree
- Major network agency experience would be an asset, however smaller agency experience is also a real plus
- Proven track record of experiential delivery and large scale projects across markets
- Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
- Mandatory industry references, from the experiential nature of business
- Well versed in Adobe C-suite, Microsoft Office. Should have excellent ability to translate briefs into some visual format (either graphic, content or 3D) Sketching abilities are a plus.
