Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Associate Digital Marketing Manager Content & Strategy to lead the development of compelling content and innovative digital marketing strategies that position our brand at the forefront of the real estate industry. This role is crucial in shaping our voice across all digital platforms, driving engagement, and aligning content initiatives with broader business and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

Create and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to support business growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement in the real estate market.

Content Creation Oversight:

Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, relevant content across various formats (social media, blogs, email campaigns, website copy, video scripts, etc.).

Digital Campaign Leadership:

Plan and oversee integrated digital campaigns that drive leads, website traffic, and brand engagement.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure all content aligns with the companys tone of voice, messaging, and overall brand strategy.

Market & Audience Research:

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify content opportunities and gaps.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, leasing, creative, etc.) and external agencies. Provide direction and feedback to content creators and designers.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

Monitor and evaluate content performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI. Report monthly on KPIs.

Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains a digital leader in the real estate space.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).

5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic content leadership role.

Proven success in driving digital strategy and high-performing content in a B2C or real estate-focused business.

Deep understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics, and content management systems.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
