Your Role will focus on:
- The main responsibility is to assists in the implementation of branch network optimization projects, both administrative and/or instructional. Assists in the various events such as initiating, planning, monitoring & controlling, execution, closure and follow-on cycle. Participates in coordinating the personnel required to complete the project. An incumbent assist with managing paperwork and multiple projects, maintains and updates status logs, and contributes to progress reports produced for Personal Banking Group. Additionally, is expected to be a key resource person on knowledge pertaining to Branch Network Optimization Projects. To lead the end-to-end delivery of branch modernization initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with zero disruption to daily banking operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Case Formulation: Developing and justifying to-be processes with clear benefit realization and financial health reporting.
- Sets up and manages support functions covering tracking, reporting, and internal communication with other stakeholders.
- Assists in the development of electronic and written materials for project management proposals, presentations, and status updates.
- Assists Retail Banking, Premises Management Department (PMD), and Procurement Division (PD) in finalizing the site selection and technical evaluation.Also, they conduct review, validate and provide feedback on the proposed business case.
- Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, and key issues.
- Acts as liaison between the regions and other groups involved in project implementation and assures that all contracted work is satisfactorily completed according to specifications.
- Manages the Project Library. This includes of filing project documents, maintaining project schedules, creating branch checklist who are involved in the projects, preparing Job Execution Request (JER), and writing various memoranda related to projects.
- Acts as focal point for all RBG Management Branch related projects.
- Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
- Assists Division Head in his/hers administrative tasks such as updating management reports, e.g. preparing Investment Presentation Committee (IPC), etc.
- Participates in Annual Budgeting Exercise for projects related matter, maintain and handle approved budgets related to the Branch Premises.
- Initiates and prepares pertinent documents for SAMA in securing branch license approval and branch license plate through SAMA-Communications.
- Prepare and document with RBG Management in providing SAMA with the information for Annual Branch Expansion Plan (ABEP) on a yearly basis
- Reports to SAMA through SAMA-Communications on any request pertaining to RBG Branches.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Years of Experience: 7-10 years
- Nationality: Saudi Arabia
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business, Computer or IT equivalent)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent background in project management.
- Knowledgeable in writing work flow procedures
- Knowledgeable in general banking services and products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Visio and MS Project software.
- Excellent knowledge of SAMA Regulations for branch premises and operation requirements.
