About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Brand Operations to join Jumeirah.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the delivery of an elevated and consistent brand experience across Signature restaurants, ensuring each concept is translated into a guest journey that feels distinct, refined and commercially supportive.
- Embed operational brand standards across service touchpoints, OS&E, uniforms, collateral and in-restaurant presentation, protecting Jumeirah's luxury positioning.
- Drive opening and relaunch readiness for restaurant concepts, ensuring all creative, operational and guest-facing elements are aligned before launch.
- Partner with Restaurant GMs, F&B Operations, Culinary, Marketing and Design teams to ensure concept intent is practical, deliverable and consistently experienced by guests.
- Use audits, feedback and on-site observation to identify gaps and improve the guest journey, strengthening satisfaction, repeat visitation and reputation.
- Champion detail, quality and readiness across the portfolio, ensuring the experience promised by Marketing and Sales is delivered in the restaurant.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in luxury restaurant or hotel operations, guest experience or brand operations
- Minimum 2–3 years managing standards or openings across multi-outlet environments
- Proven experience in pre-openings, concept rollouts or brand implementation
- Strong operational understanding across different restaurant concepts and formats
- Detail-driven with a passion for delivering consistent luxury experiences at scale
